Recipe - Bisquick Deepdish Cheesecake Coffee Cake

3 cup Bisquick baking mix
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; melted
One half cup Milk
Cheese filling (below)
One fourth cup Strawberry; apricot or
raspberry preserves
CHEESE FILLING
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese;
softened
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix baking mix, margarine and milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn
dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead 30 times. Pat dough
evenly into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9x1One half inch round pan.
3. Prepare cheese filling: Beat all ingredients with hand beater until
smooth. Pour over dough.
4. Bake until edge is golden brown and filling is set, about 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Spread with preserves. Serve warm. 8 servings.
