Recipe - Bisquick Chocolate Waffles

1 One half cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
Three fourths cup Water
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Eggs

1. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until almost
smooth. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.

2. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffles carefully.

3. Serve vanilla ice cream, cut or sliced up peaches and raspberries or cut or sliced up
strawberries, sweetened whipped cream and chocolateflavored syrup over
waffles if desired. Makes 6 servings.
