Recipe - Bisquick Banana Bread

1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 One half cup Mashed ripe bananas (about 3
large ones = 1One half cups)
One half teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Chopped nuts
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3inches, generously.
3. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 seconds. Pour batter into
pan.
4. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 5565
minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
