Recipe - Biscuit Topped Stroganoff

1 pound Lean ground beef
1 Onion; chopped
One half Green pepper; chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cn Mushroom soup
2 tablespoon Pimiento; chopped
1 pt Sour cream
2 cn Biscuits; refrigerated
Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add salt, soup and pimentos. Simmer
uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from
heat and pour into 1 One half quart baking dish. Top with Biscuits.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees or unil biscuits are done.
