Recipe - Biscuit Mix (Bisquick-Alike)

Ingredients:
Biscuit Mix (Bisquick-Alike) recipe makes 10 Medium Biscuits P
9 cup Cake Flour, Sifted
1/3 cup Baking Powder
1 cup Powdered Milk
2 tablespoon Powdered Milk
4 teaspoon Salt
1 Three fourths cup Vegetable Shortening
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour
mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered,
in a cool dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
