Recipe - Biscotti Trifle

3 cup Pastry cream
2 cup Crumbled or chopped biscotti
One half cup Coffeeflavored liqueur
3 cup Sliced strawberries
1 cup Whipped cream
3 Mint sprigs
Chocolate shavings
In a 1 1/2quart pretty glass trifle dish or bowl spread onethird of
pastry cream, top with onethird of biscotti crumbs and drizzle with coffee
liqueur. Top with 1 cup of strawberries. Repeat two more times. End by
spreading whipped cream on top. Garnish with mint and chocolate.
Refrigerate, covered, for 45 minutes before serving.
Yield: 6 to 8 serving
