Recipe - Biscotti (Bisk Ohh Tee)

4 Whole eggs
1 cup Butter
1 One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 One half cup Flour
Salt
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
Nuts
1 teaspoon Anise seed
1. Beat eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla
2. Add dry ingredients. HOW TO FORM THE
BISCOTTI a. Roll dough out into a big snake
form into about three rolls b. Pat down ( you may brush on milk) 3.
Bake about 20 minutes at 350øF.
4. Slice into diagonal cookies; place on sides and bake at 200 ø F. to
brown (10 minutes)
NOTES : This gal is very Italian! A wonderful woman and a teacher
toboot!
