Recipe - Bills Amaretto French Toast

3 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Milk; skim okay
4 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
One half teaspoon Cinnamon; more to taste
1 ds Salt; optional
2 tablespoon Amaretto
4 sl Bread*; thick slice

*ABM Italian cut or sliced up thick works well.

Beat eggs lightly; add other ingredients except bread and beat well.

Soak bread slices in mixture and cook on grill or skillet. The brown sugar
tends to caramelize which adds excellent flavor but be careful not to
scorch. Good with bread cut into sticks.
