Recipe - Big Country Doughnuts

Oil for frying
1 cn (12 oz) Pillsbury Big
Country Buttermilk biscuits
In heavy saucepan or deep fryer, heat 2" oil to 375 degrees. Separate dough
into 10 biscuits. Cut hole in center of each. A large plastic thimble works
great. Fry biscuits and holes in hot oil for 12 minutes on each side or
until deep golden brown. Drain on paper towels. If desired, roll doughnuts
and holes in sugar, cinnamonsugar mixture or powdered sugar. Serve warm.
