Recipe - Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Championship Red Sauce Knock-Off

Categories: None, Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Championship Red Sauce Knock-Off
Ingredients:

One half cup Water
One fourth cup Corn syrup
4 tablespoon Tomato paste
2 tablespoon Distilled vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Molasses
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon (heaping) onion; finely
chopped
One half teaspoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Heinz 57
1 One half teaspoon A1
One half teaspoon Liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Beef base flavoring
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Lemon juice concentrate
One fourth teaspoon White pepper

Bring to slow boil and reduce heat. Simmer till thickened. This only
makes about One half cup. Enough for a rack of ribs or so, Im not sure how
it will scale, I didnt try it. However, Im not sure its worth the
cost of making either unless you really like this sauce...
