Ingredients:
Bierpunsch recipe makes 1 Servings
1 pt Beer; light or dark
2 tablespoon Sugar (less if dark beer is
used)
3 dr Lemon juice
2 (up to)
3 Egg yolks
Heat beer with sugar & lemon juice. Beat egg yolks with a little cold water
& slowly fold into beer. Serve hot.
