Ingredients:
Bib Lettuce With Salsa Dressing recipe makes 3 Servings
2 small Or one large head Bibb
lettuce torn
1 cup Sour cream
Three fourths cup Chunky salsa
Carrot curls for garnish
Mix salsa with juice with the sour cream thoroughly. Allow to sit for at
least One half hour then serve with Bibb lettuce and carrot curls on top. Easy
but, very tasty.
