Recipe - Bib And Walnut Salad

1 Head red leaf lettuce
1 Head bibb lettuce
One half cup Chopped walnuts
One half Tart apple
One half cup Walnut oil
One fourth cup Wine vinegar
Salt & black pepper
Grated Romano cheese
Tear both heads of lettuce into bitesize pieces & place in salad
bowl. Sprinkle walnuts over lettuce. Add chopped apple. Mix together
oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Drizzle over salad & toss well. Sprinkle
Romano cheese over all before serving.
