Recipe - Beverlys Spinach Quiche

1 Box chopped spinach or broc
One half Onion
One half cup Bell pepper
1 cup Cheese
Three fourths cup Bisquick
3 Eggs
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix rest with
mixer to pour over other ingredients. Bake 400 degree for 35 minuutes.
