Ingredients:
Bettys Southern Pecan Dainties recipe makes 16 Servings
1 pound Light brown sugar
3 cup Pecans; chopped
3 Egg whites; beaten
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased
cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
