Recipe - Betty Williams Brownies

4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 Stick butter
1 cup Flour
1 cn Hersher chocolate syrup; 1#
1 cup Nuts; chopped
Mix eggs, sugar and butter well in large bowl of electric mixer. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F in greased 9
x 13 pan. Cool and frost with: 1 Cup sugar, 6 Tablespoons butter, 6
Tablespoons milk. Mix and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat
and add 1 cup chocolate chips . Beat with a spoon until thickened. Spread
and cut in bars
