Recipe - Better Burgers

1 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
1 Egg equivalent (2 egg whites
or 1 Eggbeatertype)
1/3 pack Instant onion soup mix (or
less to taste; the cottage
cheese is salty to start
with)
1 cup Rolled oats

Combine the first three ingredients; add oats and mix well. Shape into
three patties. Grill until golden, 3 minutes each side, or cook in a
skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Serves three, 180 calories
each.
