3 cup Canned undrained tomatoes;
cut into chunks
One half cup Minced celery
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Dried basil
1 tablespoon Minced onion flakes
One half teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Margarine
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 ds Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over
mediumlow heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir frquently
while cooking. Per serving: 2g protein, 2g fat, 9g carb., 544mg sodium, 0mg
chol., 68 calories.
