Recipe - Best Ice Cream - Strawberry

2 pt Sweet frozen strawberries;
thawed
4 Eggs; separated
1 One half cup Sugar
3 pt HalfandHalf
(peaches may be substituted
for the strawberries)

Mix sugar with egg yolks; mix well. Add a little Half & Half; mix. Beat egg
whites until stiff; add sugar mixture, strawberries and the remaining Half
& Half. Put into ice cream freezer. Make as usual. Serves 6 to 10.
