Recipe - Best Cheese Grits

1 cup Grits
4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth pound Butter or margarine
1 Roll (6oz) Kraft garlic
cheese
3 Eggs
One half cup Milk
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Crushed and buttered
cornflakes (optional)
Cook grits in 4 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt as directed on package. Cool
15 minutes. Melt butter or margarine and Three fourths roll of cheese together and
add to grits. Beat eggs and milk. Add sour cream. Add mixture slowly to
grits. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese
that has been grated or cut into small pieces and cornflakes. Bake for 45
minutes at 350ø. Yield: 8 servings.
