Recipe - Best Brownies

Categories: None, Best Brownies
Ingredients:

One half pound Unsweetened chocolate
1 One half cup Butter
6 Eggs
3 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Flour
3 tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup Nuts, chopped

I can't remember who was looking for a brownies recipe but here's the one
I've been using for over twenty years. It's from Dinah Shore's first
cookbook, "Someone's In The Kitchen With Dinah," and is a gem.

Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla. Add melted chocolate and butter. Add
flour, then nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven in TWO 8" pans for 2030 minutes.
Don't overcook. This should be moist in center. (Use your own judgment on
this. Sometimes it's a little TOO moist and I go 35 minutes.) Serve warm
with vanilla ice creambad for the health, grand for the soul!
