Recipe - Best Basic Muffin Mix

1 cup Warm water
2 tablespoon Butter
3 cup Flour (I use King Arthur
Special for Machines)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 teaspoon Instant yeast

Place in bread maker according your machine's instructions. Remove from
machine after first rise and shape as desired (loaf, sandwich or hamburger
rolls, pizza crust). Allow to rise again and bake until bread sounds hollow
when thumped.
