Recipe - Berry Whip

Ingredients:

1 213 gram can blackberries in
natural juice; (7One half oz)
1 450 millilit Fruits of the
forest yogurt; (15 fl oz)
2 Egg whites

1. Drain the juice from the blackberries.

2. Swirl the fruit and the yogurt together and chill for at least 30
minutes.

3. Just before serving, whisk the egg whites stiffly and fold them in.

4. Divide between six bowls.

NOTES : Nothing could be more simply prepared than this dish.
Blackberries have a high fibre content to recommend them, as well as
their delicious autumnal flavour. Blackberries or any other fresh,
soft fruit can be used in season.
