Recipe - Berry Syrup

8 ounce Frozen unsweetened berries
12 ounce Frzn apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
One fourth cup Cold water
Combine berries of your choice and undiluted apple juice concentrate in
cause pan. Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved Slowly add a little of
the cornstarch mixture to berry mixture while it cooks over medium
temperature Continue adding cornstarch until syrup is desired thickness
Serve over waffles or pancakes Makes about 2 One half cups **Natures Pantry
