Recipe - Bell Pepper Sauce

1 Jar (7ounce) roasted red
bell peppers; drained
1 cn (6ounce) tomato paste
One fourth cup Dijon mustard
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Garlic clove; crushed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Hot sauce
Process all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, stopping once
to scrape down sides. Makes 1 Three fourths cups.
