Beets In Sour Cream recipe makes 3 Servings
16 ounce Can beets, drained and minced
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Each garlic salt and pepper
One fourth cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Sugar
Combine all ingredients in 1 qt glass casserole. Stir gently to mix.
Microwave, covered, 35 minutes on High, or until heated through. Stir
every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, 23 minutes before serving.
