Recipe - Beet Soup

1 Bunch of beets,
Peeled, halved, cut or sliced up
1 Beet greens,
Washed and finely chopped
3 Stalks celery, minced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Lg onion, minced
4 Carrots, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Horseradish
1 cn Tomato soup

Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover. Add remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Simmer 2 2 One half hours, until beets and
