Recipe - Beet Borscht

1 One half cup Beet liquid; drained of 1
can of beets
Three fourths cup Tomato juice;
One fourth teaspoon Onion powder;
One fourth teaspoon Salt;
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice;
One fourth cup Plain lowfat yogurt;
Mix all ingredients except yogurt. Chill 23 hours in a covered jar.
Serve in cocktail glasses or small glass bowls, topping each with 1
tablespoon yogurt.
