Recipe - Beer And Cheese Dip

1 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Beer
Catsup

Put cheese through a meat grinder or grate into a large bowl. Mix cheese
with catsup and beer until mixture is right for a dip. Refrigerate. Take
out an hour before the party so it will be ready to serve.

Serves 20 to 25
