Recipe - Beer Fish Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Catsup (use a Hot Sauce
like Kerns)
One fourth cup Beer
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish. Makes 1One half cups.
