Recipe - Beer Cheese Spread

8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese;
shredded & softened
8 ounce Cheddar cheese; shredded &
softened
One half cup Beer
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients in a heavyduty, ziptop blastic bag; push air out
of bag, and seal.

Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.
Serve with bagel chips.
