Recipe - Beer Cheese Soup

2 teaspoon Yeast
2 cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
6 ounce Flat beer
3 ounce Processed American cheese
3 ounce Jack (or any you wish)
cheese (cut in 1/4" cubes)

Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in
microwave. Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. Stir. Add all
ingredients in order listed to machine, select white bread and push
"start".
