Recipe - Beer Bread Abm

FOR 1 SMALL LOAF
1 cup Flat beer
1 tablespoon Olive oil or; canola oil
2 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 lg Loaf:
1 One half cup Flat beer
2 tablespoon Olive oil or; canola oil
3 One half cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
One fourth cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
