Recipe - Beer Batter Turkey

1 One half cup Flour; all purpose
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Three fourths cup Beer; can be flat
2 One half cup Turkey; cooked/cut large pcs
1 cup Oil for frying
1 Sm Apple; peeld/cored /slice
Ingred. for sauce
One fourth cup Cranberry sauce; jellied
1 tablespoon Honey
In small bowl mix well the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in
beer until smooth. In large skillet heat oil. Dip turkey and apples in
batter to coat evenly. Separate pieces, then fry a few at a time in hot oil
until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with Cranberry Honey
