Recipe - Beer-Basted Steaks

Categories: Meat, Beer-Basted Steaks
Ingredients:

6 Sirloin steaks
One fourth cup Brown sugar
1 One half tablespoon Grainy mustard
1 tablespoon White vinegar
1 Onion; finely chopped
1 Bay leaf
1 cup Beer

Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for
10 minutes, cool.

Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks
occasionally.

Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
