Ingredients:
Beef With Chinese Peas recipe makes 6 Servings
1 One half pound Flank steak; thinly cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Oil
1 Clove garlic; mashed
One half Onion; cut or sliced up thinly
1 cup Chinese peas
MARINADE
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
One fourth cup Oyster sauce
2 teaspoon Sherry
1 teaspoon Shoyu
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil
Marinate beef for 15 minutes or longer. Heat oil in skillet and brown
garlic. Stir fry onion and marinated meat. Add peas and heat thoroughly.
