Recipe - Beef In Oyster Sauce

1 Bottle Sharwoods oyster
sauce
375 g Beef steak; thinly cut or sliced up
; (12oz)
2 tablespoon Groundnut oil
6 Salad onions; cut or sliced up on the
; diagonal
100 g Oyster mushrooms; cut or sliced up (3
1/2oz)
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
1 227 g can water chestnuts;
cut or sliced up
Mix the beef and oyster sauce and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add the beef and stirfry for 34
minutes.
Add the onions and mushrooms and continue to stirfry for 23 minutes
until the meat is cooked through.
Season to taste, add the water chestnuts and heat through.
Serve immediately on a bed of noodles.
