Recipe - Beef In Black Bean Sauce

8 ounce Beef
1 tablespoon Black beans
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
One half teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Oil
One half teaspoon Black pepper
1 One half teaspoon Cornflour
1 Inch ginger
2 Cloves garlic
8 Floz of stock
A dash of white wine
Slice the beef very thinly adding the cornflour, oyster sauce, soya
sauce, sugar and pepper together. Use your hands to squeeze and bind
it together. Slice the ginger and garlic. Crush the black beans.
Heat the oil and in the wok add the ginger, garlic and black beans.
Stir together until you smell the aroma. Add the beef and fry quickly
for 2 minutes adding the stock. Garnish with white wine. Serve hot
with mixed vegetables.
