Recipe - Beef Vegetable Barley Soup

1 pound Beef stew meat; cut into 1"
cubes
1 lg Onion; minced
3 Stalks celery; coarsely
chopped
2 Cloves garlic; peeled
1 md Turnip; peeled and cubed
1 cup Water
8 Carrot; cut into 1" pieces
3 cn Low sodium beef broth
One half cup Barley
One half cup Oats; steel cut
2 md Potato; cubed
One half teaspoon Pepper
Throw it all in the pot and cook it on med for 7 hours or low for 11 hours
