4 tablespoon Margarine
Three fourths pound Mushrooms; finely chopped
1 pack (4 oz) of cut or sliced up cooked deli
ham
One half cup Green onions
1 Clove garlic; finely minced
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
3 cup White bread cubes
2 1One half pound pound beef loin
tenderloin (center cut)
Brandied gravy or beef gravy

In 12 " skillet medium heat, melt margarine add mushrooms, ham, green
onion, garlic clove, salt and pepper cook till tender. Add bread cubes and
2 Tab. water toss gently to mix. set aside. Make lengthwise cut in
tenderloin, cutting 1 One half inch deep. spoon half of stuffing mixture in to
each pack thoroughly. With string, tie each tenderloin securely in several
places. Preheat broiler, Place both tenderloins cut side up, on rack broil
15 minutes. cover stuffing to prevent over browning if necessary. Carefully
turn and broil other side 20 minutes or longer for desired doneness.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
