Recipe - Beef Stroganoff - Crock Pot

3 pound Beef round steak; One half inch
thick
One half cup Flour
2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
2 md Onions; thinly cut or sliced up &
separated in rings
2 cn (4 oz. each) cut or sliced up
mushrooms or; drained
One half pound Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
1 cn (10 One half oz.) condensed beef
broth
One fourth cup Dry white wine; (optional)
1 One half cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Flour
Trim all excess fat from steak and cut meat into 3 inch strips about 1/2
inch wide. Combine One half cup flour, the salt, pepper and dry mustard; toss
with steak strips to coat thoroughly. Place coated steak strips in crock
pot; stir in onion rings and mushrooms. Add beef broth and wine; stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 810 hours. Before serving, combine sour
cream with One fourth cup flour; stir into crock pot. Serve stroganoff over rice
or noodles.
