Recipe - Beef Stacks

12 Strips bacon
6 Ground beef patties
1 lg Onion; cut or sliced up thin
6 sl Cheese
2 Tomatoes; cut or sliced up thin
Salt; mustard
In large, oblong dish, cross 2 slices bacon for each serving. Place patty
in center of each cross. Salt and spread mustard on each. Place slice of
onion on mustard, top with cheese, top with tomato. Fold 4 ends of bacon
over the top of patty and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 4045
minutes.
