Recipe - Beef Spread

1 teaspoon Dried; (instant) minced
onion
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 pack (3oz) smoked cut or sliced up beef;
finely minced
One fourth cup Green olives; finely minced
1 Loaf cocktail rye bread

In a small bowl, soak dehydrated onion in sherry. In another bowl, blend
cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add onion. Stir in smoked beef and green
olives. Chill. It tastes better if made ahead. Serve on a good cocktail rye
bread.
