Recipe - Beef Satay With Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

2 pound Beef rump; round or chuck,
cut or sliced up 1/4" thick
One half cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 sl Ginger (1/2inch thick);
chopped
1 Onion; cut or sliced up thin
1 Clove garlic; chopped

SPICY PEANUT SAUCE
1 cup Smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Rice wine
1 One half tablespoon Chinese vinegar
One fourth cup Sesame oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
1 teaspoon Chili paste
3 tablespoon Chicken broth or water; up
to 4

Combine all ingredients and allow to stand several hours or overnight
in refrigerator. Thread beef onto metal skewers or wooden skewers
which have been soaked in water. Broil or grill over charcoal to
desired doneness. Serve as is or with Spicy Peanut Sauce.

Peanut Sauce: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve as a sauce for
meat, chicken or crudites.
