Recipe - Beef Satay Marinade

1 Lemon, juice of
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/3 cup Soy
2 teaspoon Peanut oil
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Red pepper flakes or
vietnamese red chile sauce
One fourth cup Coconut milk
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish sauce
Marinate thinly cut or sliced up meat (like flank) for several hours. Put on skewers
and grill over hot coals until browned. Goes well with hot mustard, peanut
sauce or nuoc cham (that's chamnot mam).
