Categories: None, Beef Roulades
Ingredients:

1 One half pound Beef round steak, One half inch
thick
4 sl Bacon
Three fourths cup Diced celery
Three fourths cup Diced onion
One half cup Diced green pepper
1 cn (10 ounces) beef gravy (I'll
use homemade)

I bought the Rival Crockpot book and this recipe sounds great. I plan to
try it tonight. Pam Cobb

Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
Mix celery, onion and green pepper; place about One half cup mixture on each
piece of meat. Roll up meat; secure ends with wooden picks. Wipe beef rolls
with paper towels. Place in CrockPot. Pour gravy evenly over steaks to
thoroughly moisten. Cover CrockPot and cook on Low for 810 hours or on
High for 45 hours. Skim off fat, if desired, before serving. Serves 4.
