Recipe - Beef Parmigiana

1 Egg
One half cup Olive oil
1 cup Milk
2 cup Bread crumbs
One fourth pound Mozzarella cheese; cut or sliced up
Beef; thinly cut or sliced up
Parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce
Combine egg with milk. Dredge thin beef slices through egg mixture, then
coat with bread crumbs. In skillet heat oil until a light haze forms. Add
beef and brown them quickly on both sides. Transfer to a baking disk. Top
with mozzarella and cover with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until sauce
bubbles. Serve at omce.
