Recipe - Beef Oven Stew With Meatballs

1 Beaten egg
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoon Instant minced onion
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Salt
8 ounce Ground beef; (up to 10)
2 small Potatoes; peeled/quartered
2 small Carrots; cut or sliced up
1 small Onion; quartered
8 ounce Tomatoes OR stewed tomatoes;
or more
1 Beef bouillon cube
3 tablespoon Water
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant minced onion, dry
mustard, chili powder and salt. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into
68 balls. Brown in Microwave on High for 67 minutes. Placei n 1 One half quart
casserole. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix together remaining
ingredients and heat in Microwave. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and
bake at 350 ° until vegetables are tender, aobut 1 hour and 15 minutes.
