Recipe - Beef Kebabs

1 One half pound Lean beef
4 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
2 tablespoon Tamari sauce
Cherry tomatoes
2 Red onions
2 Bell peppers
Salt and black pepper
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill. Place beef in large bowl. Add olive
oil. Toss well. Sprinkle cumin & tamari sauce over and toss again.
Add salt and pepper. Let marinate at room temperature for 58
minutes. Thread cubes of meat, cherry tomatoes, onion chunks and bell
pepper chunks alternately on skewers. Baste kabobs with remaining
marinating mixture and grill until nicely browned.
Approximately 810 minutes.
