Recipe - Beef Jerkey

1 One half pound Steak flank or brisket
One half teaspoon Seasoned salt
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Monosodium glutamate
2 tablespoon Liquid smoke
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
Trim off fat. Slice meat very thin with grain. Place meat in shallow pan.
Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 24 hours. Preheat oven at
125 degrees. Lay strips on oven racks in single layers. Place foil on
bottom to catch drip pings. Leave oven door slightly open. Test
occasionally. Bake 8 to 12 hours until chewy.
